AND THE WINNERS ARE…
Congratulations and thank you, everybody, for participating.
From what I can see, most writers are a little obsessive compulsive. Asking them if they have a favorite is like asking a chocoholic what’s their favorite Godiva truffle! 😉
But the story a writer spends more than one book on is special. It draws them into another world where they happily escape and invite you to join them. Today, I invite you to Fayetteville, a perfectly ordinary little town in the MidWest, where the legends we’ve all heard – the fairytales and the folklore – are living next door!
ENTER TO WIN
I’m giving away one e-book copy each of my two stories.
International entries accepted.
In Feeling Lucky, Megan O’Malley pinched a cute guy and accidentally captured a leprechaun. Turns out they’re not twee beings dreamed up by the tourist board, but warriors of legend. The bit about not sharing is true though! Megan may be millions richer, but she’s also got an angry leprechaun camped out on her sofa, trying to keep her from becoming the business mogul of her dreams!
Includes a Celtic Knot bracelet by Gems&Knots – 1/4″ wide, 7″ long. I’ll pick the color.
In Restless Spirits, Marilee Harper agrees to renovate a bed & breakfast where faucets and lights turn themselves off and on, and old baseballs fly without help. But these aren’t the worst of her worries. She’s also falling hard for her boss who’s then kidnapped by fairies!
Includes a baseball bracelet by Gems&Knots – 1/4″ wide, 6.5″ long. I’ll pick the color.
Stay tuned! Fighting Mad comes out in December 2015
Carla is laid off from the bank and turns to her friends for support, only to find the one person she can count on is local bartender Murphy. What kind of example is a cute, charming, very kind, and brawling, outcast clurichaun to set for her daughters?
Without a Hero there’s no story!!
A good villain supplies all those fun twists and turns in a story.
I want the hero/heroine to overcome all evil, but a good story needs a good villain to keep it interesting.
maybe hero- interesting
Even though they are all important, the villain makes the story more interesting.
That was always Disney’s contention too!
I think that they are all very important. If you take one out, the story would not be very interesting!
You got to have a good villain so the hero and heroine can really be a hero and heroine. Thanks for the chance to win.

The hero, that’s what the fantasy is wrapped around.
The villains keep the story more interesting.
Thanks for the chance to win!
Good choices! The hero and heroine give us someone to battle the villain!
I will go with heroine
A hero is important because there isn’t a story without one.
Without a decent villain a story can be very flat.
Very true! Gotta have those wicked wiles to battle!
