Florida carefully cultivates a reputation for sunshine and beach vacations, but it’s always felt to me like the kind of community you find in a cozy mystery, full of eccentric characters where everyone knows everyone else’s business.
With a high percentage of retirees free to garden and DIY, eccentricity seems the order of the day, particularly in yard art!
